Passed My Probation!!! Whoot!

After a couple of cancelled meetings - I finally had my 6 month probation meeting with my Supervisor -- and I passed! Thank the Lord - could you have imagined what would have happened if I didn’t? Eep!

She said she was "delighted" to have me permanently working here…they can still fire my a$$, but it will be a PITA for them to do soooo…lol… The funny thing, and very annoying thing, is that my stats for file reviews is the lowest in the office :( Supervisor's do a monthly check-in with Management/Executive (at least I'm 99% sure it is monthly) about their staffs stats…AND because I've been away for nearly 3 weeks - my stats are the pits. Obviously my Supervisor was able to explain away my low stats…but it is still crummy that I looked bad - especially considering this is the month my probation ends :( Anyhoo - I am still freakin' excited/happy/relieved/proud…tehehe - this has been a very good week!!!
