My world traveller blog friend over at Sparkly To Single just tagged me a while back to do the following…if you don't have a blog to partake (or don't feel like adding it to your blog) I'd love to see the responses in my comments:

The ABCs of Ashley

A - ADVOCATE FOR:
-Woman's Rights.
-Dad's being awarded child custody too…it should be based on the parenting skills, not gender.
-Stopping Violence Against Women (and people in general).
B - BEST FEATURE: I think that I'm approachable and friendly. I also think one of my "best" features is that I'm opinionated - lol - …I think it shows confidence and self-worth to have beliefs and be willing to share them and act on them…but I also try to be accepting at the same time...
C - COULD DO WITHOUT: Dry skin, fear of labour and delivery, fear of doctorsWorking to pay the bills…I'd rather work because I love what I do.
D - DREAMS & DESIRES: Retire in a hot country…have healthy children (or child) and spend more time with family…possibly while travelling.
E - ESSENTIAL ITEMS: My husband! ;) - wait, he's not an item…lol Softlips lip balm, the internet, my VISA.
F - FAVOURITE PAST TIME: Baking, cooking new recipies, travelling, reading, lovin', surfing the web, crafting and POTTERY - I miss it!
G - GOOD AT: Resumes and covering letters (just need to get the interview thing down ;p). Working with people (I can work with most personality types - although I might not like it), making people feel welcome.
H - HAVE NEVER TRIED: Bungee Jumping ;)
I - IF I HAD A MILLION DOLLARS: I'd pay off our mortgage, buy myself my first car (yes, I still have never owned my *own* car) - likely a Mini Cooper…either with a moon roof or a convertible - or a really hot red corvette ;) Purchase a Mustang for my Dad. Take my family on a trip to Hawaii…either Kauai or Oahu. Save the rest for a rainy day.
J - JUNKIE FOR: chocolate, Chocolate, CHOCOLATE. Starbucks, Patrick, travel, ice-cream, carbs in general...
K - KINDRED SPIRIT: I can't think of one…perhaps nobody? Is that sad?...or perhaps may doggie Bella ;)
L - LITTLE KNOWN FACT: I don't think I would be strong enough to undergo something like cancer treatment - but I am so adamant that others and those I love get treatment…So, a little known fact about me is that I think I can be a very weak person - even though I might appear to be strong on the outside.
M - MEMORABLE MOMENT: My husband's proposal. Seeing all of the things he planned all for me…seeing him on bended knee asking me to marry him…that he loved me so much to do it all for me...
N - NEVER AGAIN WILL I: Have a wedding! Or take the Lilo & Stitch ride at Disney World - so smelly, ew!
O - OCCASIONAL INDULGENCE: Travel…for example, we just got back from our honeymoon in Jamaica and have already begun planning our Family Cuba trip for early 2009…and we might sneak a trip to Disneyland in…should be paying off my student loans, but I figure you only live once, and I could die tomorrow…live life to the fullest, I say!
P - PROFESSION: Working for the Provincial Government as an Investigative Officer

V - VERY SCARED OF: Loosing my loved ones. Getting a disease. Bella getting off leash and running away...
W - WORST HABIT: Laziness and procrastination...
X - X MARKS MY IDEAL VACATION SPOT: Hawaii (it has it all!) or some place hot, and likely tropical (me and my skin love humidity), with lots to do and see…yummy food and a beautiful beach…oh, and for my vacation to last at least a month…
Y - YUMMIEST DESSERT: Marble birthday cake with rainbow bits icing - YUM-O! Oh, and Aunt C's pudding/cake…the one with caramel sauce…yummm
